Welcome to the web log developed for digital arts period 4.
This blog is going to be used to look at digital art examples and to comment on them. Your comments on this site will count towards your comment grade. Comments can be submitted via this blog or in written format during class. Comments can be simple ("I like it," "I don't like it," etc.) but I may reply to your comment for further feedback ("What do you like about it?" "What would you change?" etc).
You will also be able to share digital art examples you find on the internet with the class. Be respectful and considerate, any inappropriate use of this blog will result in a zero for your comment grade for the semester and any applicable discipline code consequences.

About Me
- Mr. Wade
- Hello, I am your teacher. I grew up in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. I moved to Mystic, Connecticut the summer before my junior year of high school. I graduated high school in 1991 from Fitch High School in Groton, Connecticut. I graduated from Southern CT State University as an Art Education major. Before that I was at Lyme Academy of Fine Arts for a year as a painting major. Before that I was at UCONN, Avery Point for a year as a graphic design major. I have my masters in education technology from Fairfield University. I was an elementary teacher at Stadley Rough for 11 years, from 1996 - 2007. I was also at Mill Ridge Primary from 1996 - 2005 and at Great Plain from 2005 - 2007. I got married in July of 2006 and my wife is also an art teacher in Danbury. Our son Miles was born January, 2010. Though I am a little biased, he is amazing! If you see my hands shaking it is not because I am nervous but because I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. However, sometimes I am a little nervous too.
